Looking for regulatory compliance information for a specific part or family of parts?
New England Tubing Technologies and our subsidiaries have contracted Assent Compliance as our technology and regulatory compliance partner for providing CMRT, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, and WFD-SCIP regulatory information.
Please direct your request for regulatory information to your NETT sales representative. You will then be notified by Assent Compliance to open your personal regulatory portal, managed and supported by Assent, to receive and subsequently request future regulatory information on any New England Tubing part number you currently order. NETT follows the guidelines provided by Assent and delegates Assent to respond directly to our customers regulatory requests. You may be contacted by an Assent representative with educational resources and an onboarding guide on how to provide the necessary data within the portal. NETT does not guarantee nor warrant our products will be fully compliant with regulation beyond the regulatory information provided at time of invoicing.
