About this productIn addition to the design and manufacture of the tube body, our commitment to comprehensive tubing solutions extends to include a variety of tube assembly services and post processing enhancements to further expand upon the capability of your custom tube.
Assembly: connectors and various components can be integrated into the tube design to deliver convenience and efficiency. An ISO Class 8 environment is available for assembly services to ensure quality and consistency.
UV Adhesive Application: creates robust bonds and seals. Rapid curing under ultraviolet light ensures a strong and durable connection between components.
Tipping: tapered tips, rounded ends, specific tip geometries, radiused, low-profile, atraumatic, and radiopaque ends can be added to aid in the insertion and guidance of devices.
Hubbing & Flaring: expansion of the OD of the tube improves accessibility of the interior of the tube allowing easy integration into complex systems.
Centerless Grinding: provides precise diameter control and ensures a smooth and polished finish to either the entire tube length or to one end or section of the tube. Stepped or end grind can be utilized for ease in adding fittings and other components.
Annealing: a heat treatment process consisting of controlled heating and cooling cycles used to straighten and enhance the mechanical properties of the tube by relieving any internal stresses that may result from the manufacturing process.
Lasering: ablation, cutting, or drilling preformed in a variety of patterns with the highest precision, they allow for stent or device routing, irrigation, and constant rate drug delivery.
